7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and product integrity standards:

  • Cosmetics (TIMEREA) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is proven to be damaged upon delivery.
  • Handbags (ISEJUN) may only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if:
  • The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
  • The item is unused, undamaged (aside from the reported fault), and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or damage are provided.
