Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure that every item you receive is in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return & exchange guidelines below.

ISEJUN Designer Bags

We accept returns or exchanges of ISEJUN bags if:

  • A return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags and authenticity cards intact.

Not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

Return Process:

  • Email us at amandaclc@yahoo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Once approved, return instructions will be sent.
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).

Exchanges are allowed only if the item is in stock. If not, store credit or refund will be offered.

TIMEREA Cosmetics

Due to hygiene standards and product safety:

  • Returns are NOT accepted for opened or used beauty items.
  • We only offer replacements for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Send an email to amandaclc@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos.
  • We will process a replacement or refund based on stock availability.

Important Notes

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 working days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent.
  • AMAVIESTYLE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
